Automate Your Business Workflows

with Codeft

Codeft is a certified ServiceNow® Build Partner in Hyderabad. We design and develop custom applications, workflow automations, and system integrations on the Now Platform® for mid-market companies in India that need more than an out-of-the-box setup.

WHAT WE DO

What We Build on ServiceNow

Six areas where we deliver on the Now Platform®

IT Service Management (ITSM)

We configure and build ITSM workflows that cover incident management, change management, service catalog, and problem management. If your IT team is still triaging over email or WhatsApp, this is where the work starts.

Most deployed service for Indian IT/ITES companies.

Customer Service Management (CSM)

Connect complaints, escalations, and service requests into a single workflow. Give your operations team real-time case visibility and reduce the time it takes to resolve a customer issue from days to hours.

Best fit for logistics, e-commerce, and field operations companies.

HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Automate onboarding, offboarding, leave requests, and everyday HR queries. Reduce the manual work your HR team handles and give employees a self-service portal that actually gets used.

Commonly deployed alongside ITSM for unified employee experience.

Field Service Management (FSM)

Coordinate field technicians, manage asset dispatches, and track job completion in real time. Built for logistics companies, utilities, and any business with distributed teams that need structured scheduling and accountability.

Best fit for logistics operators, field service companies, and utilities.

Custom Application Development on the Now Platform

This is where the Build Program matters. When out-of-the-box ServiceNow cannot map to your specific business process, we build custom applications that run natively on the platform without compromising upgradability or platform integrity.

Available exclusively through Build Program-certified partners.

System Integrations

ServiceNow does not work in isolation. We build integrations with Jira, Zoho, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp Business API, Active Directory, and custom-built internal systems, so your workflows connect across the tools your teams already use.

Connects ServiceNow to the tools your teams already run on.

Now Assist AI Workflows

We implement ServiceNow's native generative AI capabilities: intelligent ticket routing, AI-generated summaries, and automated resolution suggestions. Available for companies already on compatible ServiceNow licensing tiers. We will scope this honestly, if your instance is not ready for Now Assist, we'll tell you what needs to be in place first.

WHY CODEFT

Six reasons clients choose Codeft over larger partners

We built software products for over two decades before we became a ServiceNow Build Partner. That background changes how we approach every engagement.

OUR PROCESS

How an Engagement Works

We run every ServiceNow engagement through five stages. The timeline varies by scope, but the structure does not.

Discovery

WEEKS 1-2

We run two to three structured workshops with your IT, operations, and process owners. We map your current workflows, identify where the biggest friction is, and define what success looks like in measurable terms. Nothing is built until this is signed off.

Architecture and Design

WEEKS 2-3

We design your ServiceNow architecture: which modules, which integrations, how data flows, what gets automated, and what stays manual. This stage produces a document that your team reviews and approves before development begins.

Build and Configure

WEEKS 3-7

Development runs in weekly sprints with structured demos. You see the build in progress. Every major decision is logged so there are no surprises at go-live.

UAT and Training

WEEKS 7-8

User acceptance testing with your team, role-specific training sessions, and complete documentation before the platform goes live. Your team needs to be self-sufficient from day one.

Go-Live and Post-Launch Support

A 30-day hypercare period included in every engagement. After that, managed support retainers are available for ongoing development, platform upgrades, and expansion into new modules.

FAQs

What is a ServiceNow® Build Partner and what does it mean for you?

The ServiceNow partner ecosystem has multiple tracks. Build Partners are specifically certified to develop custom applications, integrations, and technical extensions on the Now Platform. This is a distinct credential from standard reseller or consulting partnerships. As a Build Partner, Codeft designs and builds solutions directly on ServiceNow, extending the platform to fit processes your business runs that out-of-the-box configuration cannot cover. If you need something built on ServiceNow rather than simply switched on, that is where the Build Program credential becomes relevant.

Custom scoped applications built on the Now Platform, integrations between ServiceNow and your existing tools, workflow extensions that go beyond standard module configuration, and purpose-built portals and interfaces for your teams. If a standard ServiceNow module does not match how your operations work, we build what does.

ServiceNow has expanded its mid-market offering significantly over the past few years. Companies with 200 or more employees can get real operational value from the platform across IT, HR, customer service, and field operations. The honest answer is that it depends on what you are trying to solve. Some organisations need the full platform. Others need a specific module or a custom application built on top of what they already have. We will tell you which one applies to your situation.

Yes. We have built integrations for tools commonly used by Indian IT, logistics, and healthcare companies, including Jira, Zoho, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Salesforce, Active Directory, and WhatsApp Business API for customer notifications. As a Build Partner, we can also develop custom integrations for tools not covered by the standard integration library.

Possibly. Underperforming instances usually come down to one of three things: workflows that were set up generically without mapping to actual operations, missing integrations that force manual workarounds, or adoption gaps because the platform was not built around how people work. We assess the situation first before recommending anything. If what is needed is custom development or integration work, that falls squarely within what we do.

Scope drives cost. Custom application development and multi-system integration work is scoped individually based on complexity. ServiceNow licensing costs are separate and depend on the products and number of users. We provide full cost transparency before any engagement begins, with a clear breakdown of what is included.

Yes. We offer managed support retainers that cover ongoing development, platform upgrades, new feature rollouts, and expansion of what has already been built. Every delivery also includes 30 days of active hypercare post-launch.

Larger system integrators are built for enterprise-scale programs across multiple geographies. They are the right choice for that scope. For mid-market companies in India that need custom development work done with senior practitioners directly accountable to them, Codeft is built for that engagement size. The Build Program certification specifically means we can develop applications and integrations that go beyond what standard configuration delivers, which most larger partners deprioritise in favour of volume deployments.
